This coffee is from the Brunca Coffee region of Costa Rica. It is grown on Talamanca mountain range. It is a single source specialty coffee grown at 4100 feet. It is a whole bean coffee sold in 1lb bags.
Aroma: Sugar cane and nuts/chocolate tones and a hint of volcanic smokiness
Acidity: Smooth in the mouth and linger
Body: Dense-bodied coffee on the tongue and the flavors lingers
Flavour: Balanced profile and sweetness flavors with hints of nuts/chocolate and sugar cane
Note: Medium roast coffee has a slightly sweet taste with balanced flavors, aromas and acidity, and slightly more caffeine than dark roast
